Starting from 2023, Weigao has been promoting the "Craftsmanship to Build Vitality" activity, enhancing the craftsmanship of all employees 

through cultural promotion, concept guidance, benchmark building, and consolidating the spirit of dedication, lean, focused, and innovative 

craftsmanship. Rooted at the grassroots level and based on positions, Weigao strives for excellence in technology, manufacturing, quality and 

customer service, social responsibility, and other aspects, creating outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of Weigao, It also

 enhances higher value for personal career development.

Starting from 2024, the company plans to launch a monthly session of Outstanding Craftsman Representatives to recognize and promote 

outstanding performance and contributions of grassroots workers who have been employed for more than one year. Priority will be given to 

recommending and selecting outstanding employees and grassroots cadres for the year. Through publicity, we encourage people in Weier to

 learn, inherit and promote the spirit of craftsmanship, and actively become valuable individuals who contribute to Weier and society.

because he is on the front line of manufacturing; He represents hardship because of the working environment he is in; Representing loyalty, because 

he has served for a long time; He represents excellence, because he often makes it to the top of the list in excellent evaluations.

At first glance, when interviewing him, he was very down-to-earth, with a happy smile on his face and a crescent moon in his eyes. His simple and 

honest appearance made us feel that he was a very down-to-earth person. The fact is that in his work and life, he is such a down-to-earth and 

hardworking person. He is Chen Tianming, an ordinary employee from the electroplating workshop of the Huizhou Business Unit Manufacturing Center.

Chen Tianming joined the company in 2020 and has been rooted in frontline positions for over 3 years. He has achieved remarkable results with ordinary 

actions and has become a banner of dedication and dedication to his job.

Anyone who has worked with PCBs knows that among all the production processes of PCBs, the electroplating workshop has the toughest environment, 

and the work is naturally the most tiring, requiring long-term standing work and non-stop material replacement every day. Due to special equipment reasons, 

some positions in the electroplating line have not yet achieved intelligent automation, so some operations are mainly manual. This requires our operators to

 constantly change materials, put them on and off shelves, and also to patrol the line back and forth to check whether the equipment, medicine, materials, etc. 

are normal. It can be imagined that the work intensity is quite high. Chen Tianming, fearless of harsh environments and conditions, and fearless of repeated 

hard work, resolutely chose the most difficult position of electroplating: check-in operator, who has been working for three years and never takes leave, is not late, 

or leaves early. His colleagues and leaders say that they rarely see him take leave for a year, and even if he gets sick, he insists on working, so it gives people the 

feeling that he has never taken leave.

He comes to the workshop early every day for work, completes the handover after work, and organizes the 5S of the work area in a standardized manner before leaving work. Sometimes, he also takes the initiative to help colleagues who are taking over the shift clean the site, prepare materials and tools in advance. Those who have done electroplating know that they have a lot of contact with potions. They often have to climb into the horizontal line for maintenance, cylinder replacement, and adding copper balls. After one maintenance, their whole body is dirty and wet. So, at these times, younger workers are a bit afraid of their hands and feet. They are always the first to rush forward, take the lead in maintenance, and encourage young workers to follow suit. It is precisely because of his hard work that colleagues in the same department follow suit, and as soon as they go online, it feels like going to the battlefield, working passionately.

Chen Tianming, in addition to a drive for hard work, there is also a drive for perseverance.

During the 3-year period, Chen Tianming, as an ordinary operator, has been committed to improving his skills, constantly learning and exploring new technologies. His enthusiasm and focus on work have enabled him to quickly find the best solutions when facing various complex problems. When I joined, I was still a novice in the electroplating workshop, but now I have grown into a versatile technical expert. Many times, when colleagues encounter difficult problems, as long as they find him, he will be enthusiastic about helping, and sometimes even delay work without complaint. So, many workers are willing to work with him in the same class, and the team cadres are also eager for him, because as long as he is on duty, everyone can do it solidly.

It is precisely with his exquisite skills and focused spirit that he has become a role model for all of us. His excellence is not only reflected in his technology, but also in his demand for quality. He always strives to do every job and product with the highest standards, and strives for excellence in every detail. He is well aware that only by ensuring that every aspect is done to the best, can high-quality products be produced. It is precisely because of his dedication, persistence, and precision that every batch of products on the electroplating line can flow qualified to the next process. He said that during the leadership training, it was mentioned that the next process is our customers, so we should treat customers the same way and hand over qualified products to the next process. It is precisely because of the same work philosophy of "Weier Gao Ren" who is dedicated to quality as him that the company's quality yield has always maintained a high level in the industry.

Chen Tianming's efforts and efforts have not been ignored. He has been recognized and rewarded by the company's monthly outstanding employees multiple times, becoming a flag of the electroplating department. He interprets the essence of the craftsmanship spirit through his practical actions, and his deeds also inspire each and every one of us to love and work hard, making us understand that as long as we put our hearts into it, we can definitely achieve excellent results in our work positions.
